Must -read books for February

With dark evenings and cold temperatures, February is a great time to stay in and curl up with a good book. Whether you are looking for some reading to inspire you, to motivate you or to get you feeling at your optimum health and happiness, try these suggestions:
'Chicken Soup for the Soul' by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (full of real life short stories to restore your faith in human nature. You will be guaranteed to shed a tear!)
'Don't Sweat the Small Stuff..and it's all Small Stuff' by Richard Carlson (an amazing book of tips and techniques to help you deal with stress. Each chapter takes a minute or two to read so it can be dipped in and out of)
'I Can Make You Sleep by Paul Mckenna' (if you find it hard to nod off or wake in the early hours then try Paul Mckenna's tips and advice. There is an
accompanying CD to listen to before bed as well. Paul also does a great book on losing weight, 'I Can make You Slim' and one on making money, 'I Can Make You Rich').

Hi! I am a Yoga, Pilates and Relaxation teacher and a nutritionist as well as the U.K's leading Face Yoga expert. I run The Yoga Club in Sweaty Betty Bath store where we have great fun learning new Yoga poses and relaxing as well as having a good browse at the wonderful Sweaty Betty clothes!
